A few years ago at SXSW, MVS Studio worked with JWT agency to create a unique greenscreen photo booth experience that resurrected a photo-bombing Commodore! MVS Studio makes an appearance every year at SXSW, and every year our challenge is to create an activation that stands out. This activation featured an apparition that only appeared once the images were printed.
One of the best loved features of the Digital Photo Booth is the live view screen. This is where guests in front of the booth can see themselves, check their makeup and set up their pose. At the JWT event at SXSW the live screen did not reveal the ghostly detail. Attendees at the event shot their photos but only on the prints did the commodore make an appearance!
